Finding good websites that offer free downloads for scrapbooking can be tedious and difficult.  Hopefully I have made it a little easier for you.  Here are some awesome sites that offer FREE downloads.  Some of the websites will require you to register (which is also free) but most do not.  I find it easiest to download the freebies and keep them in a folder labeled "scrapbook downloads".  Download as many as you can, you never know what your next scrapbook layout will require :)
